We work with teams from different markets, which are formed by people of different genders, cultures, ages and abilities. We promote a more balanced presence and contribution of women in all areas of the company. To this end, we have developed an ambitious program that includes measures such as promoting internal talent, attracting young talent, training for unconscious biases, and preventing any situation of harassment in the workplace.
