Ms. Bettina Karsch

Bettina Karsch has more than 25 years of experience in strategy and human resources.

She joined Moeve in September 2022 as Director of Human Resources and Organization, and is also a member of the company's Management Committee.

Bettina began her career in investment banking in Buenos Aires, where she developed her expertise in strategy. After moving to Europe, she joined the HR consulting firm Penna, and in 2011, took on a leadership role at Vestas as Head of Human Resources for the Mediterranean, Central Europe, and Latin America regions.

Before joining Moeve, Bettina served as Executive Director at Vodafone Group, where she led the Human Resources, Organization, and Communication department across several European and African markets, overseeing a workforce of 30,000 employees. During her nine years at Vodafone, she played a key role in three M&A integrations from an HR perspective and drove cultural transformation by implementing agile methodologies and advancing the company’s digital transition.

After this experience, she took on her current role at Moeve, where she has been leading the People Strategy aligned with Positive Motion, the company’s strategic initiative to drive the energy transition, since 2022. Bettina currently serves as Corporate Director of People, Organization and Transformation at Moeve. She is also a member of the company’s Management Committee and Vice President of Fundación Moeve, as well as a member of the Advisory Board at Cuatrecasas.

She graduated magna cum laude in Economics from Brown University (Ivy League, USA) and holds an MBA from the Grande École des Ponts et Chaussées in Paris, France.
