Meet Samir Fernandez
Samir Fernández, Bunker Manager at Cepsa, is a dynamic master mariner with more than 20 years of experience in the maritime industry both offshore and onshore. He has led global teams in cargo operations management, as well as bunker sales and procurement, marine fuel blending and quality claims, and fuel efficiency and sustainability for commercial shipping.
He is also involved in the development of customized software solutions to improve operational and commercial efficiency in the maritime industry.
He is a member of the working group for the Singapore standards committee on quality management for bunkering standards and the initiative to digitize bunkering in Singapore.
