The registration and approval process integrates ESG criteria and sustainability as an essential requirement to be a Cepsa supplier.

We structure our relationship with our suppliers in four main phases:

Registration and certification

ESG questionnaire and associated risk level.

Segmentation and control

Supplier segmentation and continuous risk assessment.

Performance

Quality, performance and ESG assessments of active suppliers.

Auditing

Compliance with major international ESG standards.

Registration levels

There are three levels of registration depending on your activity and the contract's amount. You need to get validated and obtain your ESG Scoring:

Basic registration. You can register on the system by filling in the registration questionnaire. If the data are correct you will become a valid supplier and be able to take part in bidding and auction processes.
Basic registration with documentation. If your business is of medium scale, you must provide additional information along with the questionnaire to become a valid supplier.
Full registration. If you are deemed to be a strategic supplier you must provide specific documentation. If this is approved you will become a standardized supplier.
