Moeve has been distinguished with the “Sustainability Award 2024” at Henkel’s Supplier Award Ceremony for its commitment and contribution to decarbonization in the detergent industry and the promotion of good environmental practices in the sector. In particular, the prize was awarded to Moeve for the production of a surfactant, which is now partially made of renewable raw materials, and used in toilet rim blocks for Henkel in accordance with the so-called “mass balance approach”.
The award was announced at Henkel's gala at the American Cleaning Industry (ACI) Annual Convention held on January 27 in Orlando (USA) and symbolizes recognition of the company's work to promote the use of more sustainable raw materials in the industry.
