Meet Patricia Sanz Cameo
Patricia Sanz Cameo - Vice-President for Equality, Human Resources, Institutional Culture and Digital Inclusion at ONCE.
Patricia holds a degree in Psychology from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from the Instituto de Empresa. Her career began in Zaragoza as a stenographer in 1993, but she moved to Madrid where she worked as a clerk at Arthur Anderssen, followed by a role as a recruiter in a temporary employment agency. In 1998, she joined the ONCE Educational Resources Center in Madrid, initially as a stenography teacher and then in a special education classroom. Later, she assumed responsibility for the Social Welfare Department of ONCE’s General Management. Subsequently, she assumed the role of Corporate Director of Organization and Human Resources within the Business Corporation of the same organization.
She currently chairs the Equal Opportunities Observatory of the ONCE Social Group.
