COLOMBIA Onshore, in production (crude):

Caracara (70%), Tiple (70%), Jilguero (57.9%), Garibay (50%), Melero (100%) and Puntero (100% on the Onca fi eld and 70% on the Manatus fi eld) located in the Cuenca de los Llanos basin. Operated by Cepsa.

La Cañada Norte (17%), located in the upper Magadalena valley. Not operated by Cepsa.

Onshore, under exploration and in production (crude):

Merecure (70%), Llanos 22 (55% oil and gas), and CPO 14 (100%, under exploration only), located in the Cuenca de los Llanos basin. Operated by Cepsa.

Under exploration: PPN (30%), not operated by Cepsa.

SPAIN Four offshore production concessions with crude oil production off the coast of

Tarragona: Casablanca (7%), Rodaballo (15%), Boquerón (5%) and Montanazo (7%). Not operated by Cepsa.

MExICO Three exploration blocks: 16, 17 and 18. Located in the Tampico-Misantla basin. Not

operated by Cepsa (20%). Offshore.
