Operations subject to human rights impact assess- ments or reviews
There were no cases of non-compliance with human rights legislation during the year. A human rights impact assessment methodology has been developed in line with the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights and will be rolled out across the company's assets in 2022. We also monitor and control compliance with the 'Code of Ethics and Conduct' and the related compliance policies through the Cepsa Ethics and Compliance Channel.
